Chicken Legs with Hoisin Sauce
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F), upper and lower heat. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Rinse the drumsticks and pat dry. Peel and finely chop garlic, mix with allspice, hoisin sauce, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce and rice vinegar, thoroughly coat the drumsticks. Place on baking sheet and cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve on a bed of watercres and sliced radishes.
