400 grams Chicken breasts (ready to cook, skinless)
1 garlic clove
1 tsp medium hot Mustard
1 egg
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley, chervil, thyme, etc.)
4 Tbsps breadcrumbs
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
8 leaves Frisée
1 Cucumber
4 White rolls
4 Tbsps Ketchup
4 Tbsps Onion sprouts

Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry, cut into cubes and finely grind through a meat grinder. Peel and finely chop the garlic and mix with the meat, mustard, egg, herbs and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the burgers until cooked through.

Rinse lettuce, trim and spin dry. Peel and thinly slice cucumber. Cut the rolls crosswise and spread the bottoms of each with some ketchup. Put 1 lettuce leaf and some cucumber slices on each and place a chicken burger on top. Cover with sprouts, some lettuce and the tops of the rolls. Serve immediately.
