Preparation steps

Heat the fat.

Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry. Cut into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat the chicken pieces with flour. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Place the breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat the chicken pieces with egg, then roll in the breadcrumbs and press down well. Fry the nuggets in hot fat for 3 - 4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel. Serve with chili sauce or tomato ketchup.
