Chicken and Salad Rolled Sandwiches
Fry the chicken in hot oil on a high heat. Season with salt and ground black pepper, remove from the pan and leave to cool slightly.
Mix together the salad cream and the yogurt and season with salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice. If desired add some freshly chopped herbs.
Heat the wraps in a hot pan without any fat and place the lettuce and the chicken in the middle. Sprinkle with the cheese and add the dressing. Fold up two opposite edges, roll up the wrap and cut in half. Serve immediately.
