50 grams toasted, sliced almonds
1 garlic clove (pressed)
1 shallot (finely chopped)
150 milliliters Chicken broth
50 grams dried Apricot

Preparation steps

1.

Cut chicken breasts in 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) large pieces. Mix flour and oregano, season with salt and pepper and roll chicken pieces in mixture.

In a hot pan with a little oil cook the meat on both sides for about 5 minutes. Add shallot and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Continue to cook, add chicken broth and apricots, bring to boil and let simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat. Finally, add the toasted almonds.

3.

Serve with broccoli and green beans.
