16 ozs Coconut water
½ Organic orange
½ Cucumber
½ bunch mint

Preparation steps

1.

Pour 1 teaspoon of chia seeds into glasses and distribute coconut water and 16 ounce of water evenly over each. Stir well and place glasses in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the orange with hot water, dab dry and cut into fine slices. Wash the cucumber and cut into fine slices. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves.

3.

Take glasses out of the refrigerator. Put orange slices, cucumber slices and mint in equal parts into the glasses.
