- 1 bunch small Chervil
- 300 grams Buttermilk
- 2 Tomatoes
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Rinse the tomatoes, quarter, remove seeds and cut into small cubes.
2.
In a bowl, stir the chervil, tomatoes and buttermilk together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in balsamic vinegar to taste and 1 teaspoon olive oil. Serve in glasses.
