- 100 grams Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 centiliters Cherry brandy
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 4 ramekins or Soufflé dishes (about 160 ml)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the cherries and remove the pits and stems. Save any juice. Puree the cherries and juice. Beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.

Mix the cherry puree, Kirsch and yogurt and then fold in the whipped cream.
3.
Place the mixture into the ramekins or souffle dish and freeze for about 3 hours. Transfer to the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. To serve, turn out onto a platter.
