Preparation steps

Beat eggs with sour cream until smooth. Gradually add sugar, baking powder and flour. Stir in a few drops of almond flavor. Spread the batter on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place the pitted cherries over batter and sprinkle with sliced almonds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 25-30 minutes.
