4 Tbsps sugar
4 ¼ ozs Pastry flour

1 generous pinch Baking powder
5 ozs Sour cream
3 ½ ozs
26 ozs Sweet cherry
2 Tbsps slivered almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Grease 4 round casseroles, measuring 6" in diameter, with butter.

2.

Beat eggs until frothy with sugar, 3.5 oz flour, 1 pinch of salt, baking powder, sour cream, and milk.

Rinse and drain cherries. Mix with remaining flour.

4.

Fill each casserole dish halfway with batter. Add a layer of cherry filling and top with more batter.

5.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.

6.

Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake for another 10 minutes.

7.

Remove the cakes from the oven and serve immediately.
