- 1 slice day-old Toast
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Pear
- 4 scallions
- 250 grams Camembert
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- ground paprika

Preparation steps
1.
Remove the crusts from the bread and cut into small cubes. Fry in some butter until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Peel the pear and cut into quarters. Remove the core and finely chop. Rinse and trim the scallions and cut into thin rings.

Mash the Camembert with a fork along with the cream cheese and the cream and mix well. Stir in the pear and scallion pieces and season with salt and paprika.
Transfer to a bowl and serve showered with croutons.
