4 medium sour Apple

200 grams French Brie (such as Valbrie)
3 eggs
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
3 Tbsps milk
salt (pepper, nutmeg)
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsps white wine
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

1.

Cut off a lid on the apples. Remove the core and some of the flesh, leaving the apples intact. Sprinkle the inside of the apples with lemon juice. Dice the flesh and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Finely chop the cheese. Mix the cheese and apple flesh. Pour the mixture into the apples.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Mix the eggs, cream and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Slowly pour the mixture into the apples. Mix the sugar and wine and brush over the apples. Place the apples in a buttered pan and bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
