3 Tbsps lemon juice
200 grams Blue cheese (such as Gorgonzola)
50 grams chopped Walnut
2 Tbsps freshly chopped rosemary

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Rinse, halve and core apples. Arrange apples, cut side up, on a wire rack. Combine honey with lemon juice and brush cut sides of apples with part of the mixture. Crumble cheese and spread on top of apples. Sprinkle with nuts and rosemary and season with pepper. Brush with remaining lemon honey and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximaely 350°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
