1 Tbsp olive oil
100 grams cream cheese

1 bunch Cress
12 Figs

Preparation steps

1.

Crush the cashews in a mortar with the oil until a fine paste has formed. Mix the cashew paste with the cream cheese, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Finely chop the cress, then mix half into the cheese mixture. 

2.

Cut the top off of the figs, then stuff with 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Top with the remaining cress, cover with the top of the fig, and serve immediately.
