- 1 handful Chervil
- 5 Zucchini
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 pinches sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 grams Mimolette
- 150 grams smoked duck legs (or goose breast, sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chervil and pat dry with paper towels. Pick the leaves from the branches. Rinse the zucchini and cut off the ends. Cut the flesh into thin slices with a vegetable slicer.
2.
Stir together the vinegar, olive oil and sugar and mix with the zucchini slices. Season with salt and pepper and leave to soak for about 20 minutes.
3.
Meanwhile, slice the cheese thinly and cut the duck breasts into strips. Mix all prepared ingredients together, distribute on plates and serve immediately.
