2 tsps Baking powder
5 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps fresh Chives (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
1 cup milk
¾ cup yellow Cheddar cheese (grated)
4 Tbsps melted butter (for brushing)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the herbs, cheese and buttermilk. stir to combine, until dough forms.
3.
Using an ice cream scooper, drop dough onto prepared baking sheet. With a brush, lightly butter tops. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
