Charred Chops with Green Beans

Heat the oven to 200°C (!80°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
Mix the potatoes with 2 tbsp oil and salt and arrange them on the prepared baking tray. Roast for around 30 minutes turning occasionally.
Cook the beans in salt water for around 6 minutes. Drain and drizzle with some oil just before serving.
Season the meat with salt and ground black pepper and brush with the remaining oil. Grill on both sides for around 10 minutes. Serve with the beans and potatoes.
