- For the beans
- 700 grams green Green beans
- salt
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- peppers

- For the lamb chops
- 8 Lamb cutlets (depending on size)

- 1 Tbsp Pastry flour
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 peeled garlic cloves
- ½ jar green peppers
- salt
Preparation steps

For the beans, trim and rinse the green beans, then cook in a pot of salted water until al dente. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Drain beans in a colander. Heat a pan with butter and oil, add onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Add beans and season with salt and pepper. Stir in coarsely chopped savory and cook briefly.

For the lamb chops, season lamb chops with pepper and dust lightly on both sides with flour. Fry in a pan with oil for about 4 minutes on each side. After half of the cooking time, add rosemary, bay leaf, halved garlic cloves and peppercorns.

Season with salt and serve with the green beans.
