8 Lamb cutlets
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
½ bunch rosemary
350 grams green Beans
2 Tbsps butter
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the green beans, pinch back the ends and cook in salted water for 20 minutes on low heat. Remove and drain well. Rinse the lamb, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

Peel the garlic, squeeze through a press and spread the garlic over the lamb chops. Strip the rosemary from the branches. Heat oil in a pan and saute the lamb on both sides briefly and set aside.

3.

Saute the rosemary needles in the drippings of the lamb chops briefly and let stand for 5 minutes on low heat. Heat the butter in a pan and add in the green beans. Serve with the lamb chops.
