Champagne with Strawberries
Rinse the strawberries and get rid of the greens. Put 4 large strawberries aside, halve the rest and puree with a hand blender.
Pour the puree in four cocktail glasses, pour champagne and 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream.
Cut the reserved strawberries lengthwise into slices and cut out a heart with a knife. Garnish the glasses with the hearts and sprinkle 1 tsp chopped pistachios over each.
