Cevapcici with Tzatziki

- 2 garlic cloves
- 500 grams Ground lamb

- 1 ½ tsps ground paprika (sweet)

- 1 small Cucumber
- 4 garlic cloves
- 500 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams Quark
- 1 tsp olive oil

- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
Rinse, peel and coarsely grate cucumber into a bow.
Squeeze cucumber to remove juice. Discard juice.
Press garlic through a garlic press into bowl with cucumber.
Stir together yogurt, quark and olive oil until creamy. Stir in cucumber.
Season tzatziki with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Peel garlic cloves and press through a garlic press into a bowl. Add ground lamb, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon water, two types of peppers, and salt and pepper to taste. Knead to combine. With wet hands, form mixture into 16 small cylinders, each 8 cm (approximately 3 inches) in length.
In a pan, fry cevapcici in a little oil on all sides, about 10 minutes. (Alternatively, grill on an oiled grill, turning frequently.)
Serve cevapcici with tzatziki.
