Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the cucumbers. Halve lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely dice. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Drain the excess liquid from the yogurt. Chiffonade the mint.

Mix all the ingredients until thoroughly combined, then season to taste with salt. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
