Preparation steps

Bring 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of water to a boil and stir in the whole grain flakes. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Rinse apple, peel and grate on a fine grater into the porridge. Let cool to lukewarm, then add the oil and stir to combine.
