1 Vanilla bean
800 milliliters milk
1 pc Lemon peel
50 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
200 grams Arborio rice
4 Peaches
1 Tbsp Orange juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse vanilla bean in cold water, pat dry, slice and remove the oily seeds inside.  Add to a pot along with lemon zest, sugar, salt and milk. Slowly bring to a boil and then add rice. Simmer (covered) over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add milk if needed.

2.

Rinse and halve peaches, remove the pit and chop coarsely. Puree along with orange juice.  Mix peach puree with the rice pudding, let cool as needed and serve..
