- 4 stalks Celery (with green parts)
- 2 Apple
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Whipped cream
- 4 Tbsps Natural yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 100 grams peeled Walnut

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry celery, cut into thin slices. Rinse celery leaves, shake dry and chop coarsely. Rinse apples, quarter, core and cut into bite- sized pieces. Combine mayonnaise with cream, yogurt and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.

Toast nuts in a dry pan, remove and coarsely chop 2/3 of nuts. Combine apples with celery and chopped nuts. Toss with dressing and place into bowls. Sprinkle with remaining walnuts and serve.
