1 large Cauliflower (divided into small florets)
2 Tbsps butter
3 Tbsps sunflower oil
100 grams Cashews
2 shallots (peeled and chopped)
1 tsp Mustard seed
1 Red chili pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch cauliflower florets in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain well. 

2.

Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan and saute cashews for a few minutes, remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. 

3.

Add shallots, mustard seeds and chile pepper to the pan and saute for a few minites, add cauliflower and saute for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper and arrange on plates, serve.
