- 5 cups Cauliflower (cut into florets and steamed)
- 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup Daikon radish
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup Brazil nut
- ¼ tsp coarse Sea salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 dash freshly ground White pepper
- 4 cups fresh Vegetables (washed and cut for dipping)
Preparation steps

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined and smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with a variety of vegetables.
