- 100 grams Quark
- 150 grams sour Whipped cream
- 50 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt

- ½ bunch Chives
- For the chile dip
- 250 grams Natural yogurt
- ½ Lime
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- 1 small red chili pepper
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- For the rosemary dip
- 250 milliliters good quality olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Preparation steps

Mix the quark with the sour cream, creme fraiche and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the chives, shake dry, cut into thin rings and stir in.

Mix the yogurt with turmeric, cumin, creme fraiche and cilantro. Peel the garlic and press. Squeeze the juice from the lime. Add the pressed garlic and season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Rinse the chile, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely chop. Sprinkle on the dip.

Season the olive oil with plenty of salt, pepper and rosemary.

Rinse and cut the vegetables and lettuce leaves and serve with the dips.
