- 50 grams Green cabbage
- 1 small Kohlrabi
- 1 carrot
- 2 Radish
- 1 small, red onion
- 2 Tbsps Shelled peanut
- 1 green chili pepper
- 2 tsps honey
- 3 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 ½ Tbsps Peanut oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- finely chopped parsley
Preparation steps

For the salad: Rinse the cabbage and thinly slice. Peel the kohrabi and carrot, and cut into thin matchsticks. Rinse the radishes and cut into slices. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into thin strips. Toast the peanuts in a skillet until golden and fragrant. Set aside to cool and coarsely chop. Rinse the chile pepper, remove seeds and cut into thin rings.

For the dressing: In a bowl, whisk the chile pepper with the honey, lime juice and peanut oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For serving: In a bowl, toss the cabbage, kohlrabi, carrot, radishes, onion and peanuts together. Add the dressing and toss until thoroughly combined. Serve garnished with parsley.
