- 100 milliliters freshly squeezed Orange juice
- 100 milliliters Buttermilk
- 1 pc ginger (size of a walnut, fresh)
- 1 tsp honey
- Chives
- carrots (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel ginger and press through a garlic press into a blender.
