1 handful mint (or substitute peppermint)
300 grams carrots
350 milliliters Carrot juice
1 Orange (juice)
300 milliliters Buttermilk

1 pinch ground cilantro

Preparation steps

Peel the ginger and coarsely chop. Rinse the mint, shake dry, lay aside a few leaves for garnish, coarsely chop the rest. Peel the carrots and cut from a carrot about 8 beautiful pins. Chop the remaining carrots into small cubes. Mix the ginger, carrots, carrot juice, orange juice and buttermilk in a blender finely. Possibly add some cold water while mixing to reach the desired consistency. Season with salt and coriander and stir in the chopped mint.

To serve, fill glasses and garnish with carrot sticks and mint.
