- 200 grams carrots
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth (well chilled)
- 200 milliliters milk
- 1 generous pinch Horseradish (jarred)
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 1 splash lemon juice
- salt
- for garnish
- Whipped cream
- Dill
Preparation steps

Peel and coarsely chop the carrots. Puree the carrots, vegetable stock, milk, horseradish, and the crème fraîche. Season to taste with the lemon juice and salt, then pour into glasses.
