- 1 kilogram Baby carrot (colorful)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 200 milliliters Red wine
- balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps

Peel and trim the carrots. Sauté briefly in hot oil, and sprinkle with the sugar. Let caramelize, then deglaze with the red wine. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
