- 100 grams soft butter
- 1 garlic clove
- herb salt
- freshly ground peppers
- freshly grated Nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 12 slices Baguette
- 12 Cocktail shrimp
- parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F) top heat.
2.
Whip butter until creamy and squeeze in peeled garlic through a press. Season with herbal salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook eggs in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until hard boiled. Peel and quarter them lengthwise.
3.
Toast baguette on a grate in the oven for about 5 minutes until crispy. Rinse the prawns, pat dry and cook in 2-3 tablespoons melted butter over low heat in a pan. Spread remaining butter on the finished baguettes. Place a shrimp and a piece of egg on the bread and serve garnished with parsley.
