- 4 large shrimp
- salt
- 1 organic Lime
- 1 Tbsp chopped Chives
- 3 Tbsps Lemon oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 slices Toast
- Sweet chili sauce
- cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the shrimp, remove the head, and peel up to the tail. Slit lengthwise and devein. Boil for 1-2 minutes in salted water. Rinse the lime, finely grate the zest, and squeeze the juice. Mix the juice, lime zest, chives, and the oil. Add the shrimp to the oil mixture to marinate. Remove the crust from the bread, and cut into slices. Toast briefly in the toaster or the oven. Remove and sprinkle with a little of the marinade.

Divide the chili sauce into 4 glasses, and garnish with the cilantro. Top the toasted bread with the shrimp, and serve with the sauce.
