Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion, cut a few slices from the middle and set aside. Mince remaining onion. Dice camembert and crush in a bowl with a fork. Stir in onions, cream cheese and butter. Season with salt, pepper, 1 pinch of paprika and cumin. 

2.

Garnish with remaining onion, caraway and parsley. Serve, as desired, with caraway sticks, pretzels or farmhouse bread.
