100 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
clarified butter (for frying)
4 ripe Camembert (each 70 grams)
4 Tbsps lingonberry (jarred)

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk eggs and season with cream. Cut Camembert into strips.

2.

Heat some butter in pan. Fry 4 omelets (one at a time) over medium heat until bottom is lightly browned and surface is setting slightly. Add some Camembert strips to each omelet, fold omelets in half, cover pan with lid and cook omelets over low heat until cheese melts.

3.

Cut chives finely and sprinkle over omelets. Serve omelets with cranberries.
