- 800 grams Catfish
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 pinch brown sugar
- salt
- freshly chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse catfish, pat dry and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, lime juice, brown sugar and salt (to taste) in a bowl and brush over catfish. Bake for 10 minutes, basting with additional olive oil mixture about halfway through cooking time. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro and serve.
