- 2 Tbsps honey (or a liquid sweetener, to taste)
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 400 milliliters cooled Buttermilk

Gently rinse the blueberries, then drain thoroughly. Puree the blueberries in a blender with the honey, lime juice, and the buttermilk. If you'd like, you can pass the puree through a fine strainer.
