- 4 cups lamb (diced, from the leg)
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 2 garlic cloves (diced)
- 2 cups green String bean (halved)
- 1 Eggplant (diced)
- 1 red pepper (halved, seeds removed, diced)
- 1 Orange pepper (halved, seeds removed, diced)
- 2 Tomatoes (diced)
- ⅜ cup dry white wine
- 2 cups Veal stock

Product recommendation
For a vegetarian option the meat can be substituted for 300 g rice.
Preparation steps
1.
Fry the lamb in hot oil and add the onions, cumin and garlic. Then add the remaining vegetables and quench with the wine.
2.
Add the veal stock and stew for approx. 1 hour on a low heat with the lid on.
3.
Season with salt and ground black pepper and serve.
