- 1 stalk Leeks (sliced into rings)
- 1 small Celeriac (coarsely chopped)
- 6 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 3 onions (chopped)
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 150 milliliters white wine (dry)
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Vegetable broth (cube)

Preparation steps

Briefly sauté vegetables except sun-dried tomatoes in oil, add wine and deglaze saucepan for approximately 5 minutes. Bring to a boil. Add 1.2 liters (approximately 5 cups) of water, add stock cube and let the soup simmer quietly for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop sundried tomatoes. Add sundried tomatoes, including oil, approximately 3-5 minutes before end of cooking time. Season soup with salt and pepper. Serve in soup bowls with fresh white bread.
