Nutritional values
Broccoli is rich in the mineral calcium. If there is a calcium deficiency, fat burning cannot function properly and small fat deposits have it easy. Buckwheat contains high-quality proteins, especially the essential amino acid lysine. It is needed for the synthesis of collagen and is important for connective tissue.
If you want to avoid animal products, you can also replace the eggs with fried tofu.
