Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, halve, remove the seeds and cut the pepper into strips. Blanch the broccoli in boiling salt water for about 5 minutes. Drain well.

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions in boiling salt water. Drain well.

Grate the parmesan. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and saute briefly. Pour in the milk and bring up to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add the parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

4.

Pour the vegetables and gnocchi in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the top. Bake for about 25 minutes at 450°F. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
