1 bunch scallions
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
4 eggs
50 grams Emmentaler cheese
200 grams Quark

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse scallions and cut into rings. Blanch scallions with broccoli in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Rinse and drain well. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half.

Season quark with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and eggs.

Put mixture in a baking dish and spread vegetables on top, lightly pressing into egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
