- ⅔ cup self-rising flour
- 3 ½ cups rolled oats
- ⅔ cup Shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup Sesame seeds
- ⅔ cup Sunflower seed
- ⅓ cup dried Cranberry
- ⅓ cup chopped Dried dates
- 1 ¼ cups soft dark brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup light corn syrup

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C|160°C fan|350°F|gas 4. Grease and line a 18cm x 28cm shallow cake tin.
2.
In a bowl mix together the flour, oats, coconut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberries, dates and sugar.
3.
Put the butter and sugar into a small pan and stir together, over a medium heat, until melted. Pour into the oat mixture and mix together well.
4.
Spoon the mixture into the tin and press down well. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.
5.
Leave to cool and then cut into bars.
