- freshly ground peppers
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch thyme
- 4 bay leaves
- 6 Sage
- 200 milliliters white wine
- 1 jar lamb stock (400 ml)
Preparation steps

Season the lamb with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the olive oil in a large roasting pan. Add the lamb and cook until golden on all sides. Rinse the garlic but do not peel. Rinse the thyme and sage, and shake dry. Add the garlic, thyme, bay leaves and sage to the pan and cook until fragrant.

Stir in the wine and lamb stock. Braise in a 200°C (approximately 390°F) oven for 90 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a platter.
