1 bunch Radish (trimmed)
1 Cucumber (peeled, seeds removed and roughly chopped)
2 cups plain Yogurt
8 Ice
lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
Chives (to garnish)

Preparation steps

1.
Thinly slice one of the radishes and set aside for the garnish.
2.
Roughly chop the remaining radishes and put them in a blender with the cucumber, yoghurt, ice cubes and lemon juice. Blend until smooth then season to taste with salt.
3.
Pour into glasses or cups, garnish with the chives and reserved radish slices and serve immediately.
