Preparation steps

1.

Rinse potatoes and cook in plenty of water for 30-40 minutes or until done. 

2.

Arrange hot potatoes on 4 plates, cut in the middle lengthwise (not completely) and season with salt.  Fill each potato with 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream, sprinkle with red pepper and serve immediately.
