500 grams Blueberries
50 grams powdered sugar
½ lemon (juiced)
1 package Vanilla sugar
liter Sparkling wine
6 centiliters Crème de cassis

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the blueberries and set a few aside for decoration. Purée the remaining berries with the powdered sugar and strain through a sieve.

Add the vanilla sugar, sparkling wine, lemon juice and crème de cassis to the blueberries and stir to combine. Pour into a metal bowl and place in the freezer.

3.

Stir several times while the sorbet freezes. To serve, transfer the sorbet into a piping bag, pipe into sundae dishes and garnish with blueberries.
