- ¾ cup butter
- ⅔ cup raw cane sugar
- 2 Tbsps Golden syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup Almond flour
- ½ tsp Ginger powder
- ground cinnamon
- ½ cup dried Blueberries (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
2.
Cream together the butter, sugar, syrup and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition, then add the flour, bicarbonate of soda, almonds, ginger and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir to form a smooth mixture, then fold in the blueberries.
3.
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a medium, plain nozzle and pipe onto the baking tray in 2-3 cm rounds (or use a teaspoon to place small mounds of mixture on the tray). Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
4.
Carefully remove the biscuits from the tray and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
